My name is Ken Henderson.

I’m an award-winning screenwriter focused on noir, horror, and grounded thrillers.

I'm based in Louisiana, usually rewriting something I swore was finished.

From concept to final draft, I’ve worked with filmmakers and producers nationwide - delivering numerous writer-for-hire screenplays and three produced features.

I helped launch the Lake Area Film Group and Lake Area Film Scribes, and my work consistently places high in national and international screenwriting competitions.

I’ve won a few - and I’m proud to have been named a semifinalist three times for the Academy’s Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting.
